The value that company expect of employees to behave :

  • Sense of ownership Take all of their actions, as they own the company that are to the over all benefit of the organization. It is expressed in such forms as monitoring and checking work or information, insisting on clarity of roles and function. It reflects and underlaying drive to reduce uncertainty in the surrounding environment.
  • Initiative is to takes the new ideas or methods without being asked. This is a bias for taking action, proactively doing things and not simply thinking about future actions. The time frame of this scale moves from completing past or current projects to acting on future opportunities or problems.
  • Ethics and Integrity is to behave honestly and with high ethical standars in all their dealings and work. It is acting consistently in an honest, truthful and ethical manner. Walk the talk. Integrity includes communicating your intentions, ideas and feelings openly and directly, and welcoming openness and honesty, even in difficult negotiations with external parties.
  • Commitment is to work to one's full potential capability and energy in work, driven by an underlying desire to contribute more for the better outcomes. At the higher levels, it is the ability to energize and articulate the need for being all out at the work place.
  • Reliability to be counted on consistently to do what is expected or required. It is the ability to work effectively in situations involving uncertainty or lack of information, and to respond flexibly to change, implies a desire to help or serve others, to meet their needs. It requires a belief in one's own capability to accomplish a task and select an effective approach to a task or problem.
  • Teamwork is to work together for the common purpose, to be supportive and cooperative with each other. Teamwork may be considered whenever someone is a member of a group of people function as a team.
