The value that reflect how we want to operate:

  • Mutual trust in working relationship is the basis for effective management of effort of employees. It's about commitment to participate in the ongoing and evolving needs of the business and to learn how new and different solutions or opinion can be utilized to ensure ongoing business success and move the business forward. It involves not only a personal commitment, but also trust of anyone in the organization.
  • Fairness is people will be treated fairly, recognition is related to personal effectiveness. It involves taking personal accountability for the organization's result, delivering on the result you commit to delivering, and sharing responsibility for each other's success. There is an opportunity to appeal against "felt injustice".
  • Openness is to communicate freely without fear to express true opinions and participate fully. It involves communicating the concerns and demands of the organization (e.g., for result, efficiency) with those of the employees (e.g., for support, information) to achieve business goals. The intent behind openness is to be committed partner, rather than to monitoring or judge, a belief that the only way to achieve and maintain business result is through people.
  • Respect is recognition of the value of individual employees. People will be treated with respect and dignity as valued employees. It includes the ability to recognize who are they in the organization, and to recognize their contribution, to understand and manage relationship with them as one of our stakeholders, and to correctly perceive their long-term best interest. It entails understanding and appreciating different and opposing perspectives on an issue.
  • Sense of urgency is taking immediate actions to resolve challenges and take advantage of opportunities, rather than waiting to see what happens or planning what should be done.   • Fun employees should enjoy their workplace and this contributes to increased performance. It is the ability to identify patterns or connections between situations that are not obviously related, and underlying issues, so then people will be encouraged, creative, or inductive reasoning for doing their jobs with feeling that "I am very happy in doing my job".
